HND For First Degree
Tell me what has change in the Superiority war between Degree holders and HND Holders. Peoples believed that the war has come to an end but is just the beginning HND for PGD. I want us to be remained that PGD is for third Students that think of going further in his/ her study. Let ask this question, does it mean HND is also equivalent to third class? Pls is just a question. Then Is it Change?
