Frank, who was

Frank spoke
while commending President Muhammadu Buhari for opposing the plan to extend the
tenure of Chief Oyegun led National Working Committee, NWC of APC.
While also
agreeing that the proposed extension of tenure of the National Working
Committee of APC was unconstitutional, Frank said he expects the party’s
national chairman and the NWC to take a cue on how to run a ruling party from
PDP, as there is no crime in learning what one doesn’t know.
